Search Skills: focus on OvidSP databases
This session aims to give you the ability to carry out a literature search using OvidSP databases effectively and find articles and evidence to help answer your research questions. Please note the session has a biomedical focus and covers only Medline, Embase and PsycINFO. By the end of the session you will be able to:
- Run an effective literature search
- Understand what MeSH terms are and how to use them
- Print, save and email your references
- Save your search
Location: Queen Square Library Training Room, 1st Floor, 23 Queen Square. Map: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/maps/ion-library. Please note that latecomers can only be admitted for the first 15 minutes of this course.
