Finding the evidence using the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub In-Person

Please join us for this face to face training session where we will explore the evidence-based information resources, unlocked by your NHS OpenAthens account, including the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub, BMJ Best Practice and more.

This session will cover:

  • An outline of the evidence pyramid.
  • How you access evidence at each tier using the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub.
  • How you can request material from UCL's collection using the library document supply service.
  • Tips and techniques to help make your searching more effective, so that you can find the best evidence for your practice, research or studies.

There will be an opportunity to create an OpenAthens account if you do not already have one.

This session is aimed at NHS staff from Royal Free Hospital, but staff from other UCL-affiliated NHS trusts are welcome to attend. UCL staff and students are also welcome to attend if they eligible for an OpenAthens account.
